Work With Me

I build it. Then, if you want, I run it.

Most business owners I meet are good at the thing they do and have never had anyone do the marketing properly. Not badly — just never at all.

I built Pirk in cosmetic surgery, one of the most regulated industries in the country. I do the same work for a plumber. It turns out it’s the same work.

Two Ways

Build it once, or build it and keep going.

Both start the same way. The only question is whether you want me gone at the end of it, or still there.

01

The Build

I come in and build it.

I work out what's actually missing, then build it. Not a document telling you what to do — the thing itself, set up and working. You keep all of it.

  • A proper look at what you're doing now
  • The build itself — content, hiring, systems, whatever the gap is
  • Set up in your tools, not mine
  • Handover so your team can run it
  • Everything documented
02Three slots

The Partnership

I build it, then I stay.

The Build, then I don't disappear. I keep running it, coaching you and your team, and building whatever's next. Three slots, because I'm not trying to be an agency.

  • Everything in The Build
  • Ongoing build work each month
  • Coaching for you and your team
  • I'm on the end of the phone
  • Minimum three months, then monthly

The Work

What I actually build.

Not all of it, every time. We work out which two or three of these are costing you the most, and I start there.

01

Content that gets made

An Instagram system your team can actually run every week without you writing it.

02

Hiring that works

Job ads, screening, and a process that finds good people instead of whoever applies.

03

Getting found

Ads, landing pages, and the follow-up that turns an enquiry into a booking.

04

The systems underneath

Your tools, your process, who does what. The boring part that decides whether any of it holds.

05

How you sound

Messaging and positioning, so you stop competing on price with everyone down the road.

06

Regulated industries

Healthcare and cosmetic. I've run marketing inside AHPRA rules for years without getting burnt.

This is for you if

  • You're already busy — the business works, the marketing is the gap
  • Nobody in the building knows how to market it
  • You'd rather someone built it than told you how
  • You can make a decision without three meetings

It’s not, if

  • ×You're pre-revenue and still working out the idea
  • ×You want a report, a strategy deck, or a second opinion
  • ×You want the cheapest quote
  • ×You want someone to blame if it doesn't work

Pricing

What it costs.

Scope varies, so the monthly starts from. You’ll get a fixed number before anything begins — never an hourly rate, and never a bill you didn’t see coming.

01

The Build

$2,500

one-off

  • A proper look at what you're doing now
  • The build itself — content, hiring, systems, whatever the gap is
  • Set up in your tools, not mine
  • Handover so your team can run it
  • Everything documented

FAQ

Questions you probably have.

What's the difference between the two?

The Build is a one-off. I come in, build what's missing, hand it over, and we're done. The Partnership is the same build, except I stay on afterwards — running it, coaching your team, and building the next thing each month. Most people start with The Build and move across once they see it working.

What kind of businesses do you work with?

Owner-operated businesses where the owner is good at the actual work and has never had anyone doing the marketing properly. Trades, clinics, allied health, local service businesses. I built Pirk in cosmetic surgery, one of the most regulated industries in the country. I do the same work for a plumber. It's genuinely the same work.

Why only three Partnership slots?

Because I run Pirk as well, and I'd rather do three of these properly than eight of them badly. When the slots are full they're full — I'll tell you honestly and you can decide whether to wait.

What does the monthly fee actually cover?

My time, coaching for you and your team, and ongoing build work — new campaigns, new hires, new systems as you need them. It's scoped when we start so it's clear on both sides what's in and what isn't.

How fast can we start?

The Build usually starts within a couple of weeks. The Partnership depends on whether a slot is open. Either way I'll tell you straight rather than stringing you along.

What if it's not a fit?

Then I'll say so on the first call, before you've paid me anything. I'd rather turn down work than take money for something that won't move your business.

The first step

Twenty minutes, no pitch.

Tell me what’s not working. If I can help, I’ll tell you how and what it costs. If I can’t, I’ll tell you that too, and probably who can.
