The short version

I built Pirk — a concierge service connecting people with cosmetic surgeons across Australia — from scratch in one of the most regulated industries in the country. No co-founder, no playbook, no safety net.

Along the way I learned how to build funnels that convert, run ads that actually pay for themselves, navigate healthcare regulations without getting burned, and build a brand in a space where one wrong move can cost you everything.

Now I take everything I've learned and apply it to other founders' businesses. I either build it for you or teach you how — depending on what you need.
